Qualifications:
1. Education and major: Bachelor degree or above, major in French, Chinese language and literature, administration, human resource management, etc. French proficiency can be extended to associate degree.
2. Language ability: proficient in English or French, can be used as a working language; Experience in Africa preferred.
3. Work experience: more than 2 years of administrative and personnel work experience, overseas personnel and administrative experience is preferred.
4. Ability requirements: Have strong organizational management, communication and coordination skills and problem solving skills, strong ability to work under pressure.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the company's human resources related systems, optimize the management system and work flow.
2. Implement the headquarters administrative personnel management system to ensure the implementation of standards.
3. Responsible for recruitment, training, performance, attendance and employee relationship management of local employees.
4. Coordinate the administrative logistics work such as motorcade, dormitory, canteen, visa and fixed assets.
5. Organize staff activities, enrich their spare time life, and create a positive corporate culture atmosphere.
6. Responsible for communication and coordination with the local government, the owner of Party A, the intermediary company and other external organizations.
